I propose to design and build a ‘make your own bike kit’ for a 11-16 year old. I’m going to make the frame out of plywood, cutting it with a CNC router, and then make multiple layers to assemble the frame.
I am trying to understand how different forces affect bike frames. I’ve been using Fusion 360 to do load simulations, but it’s started giving error messages when it solves the study. Has anyone had this issue?
Any other advice would be much appreciated.
