Hi Charlotte, I think this is a brilliant idea! It addresses such a common problem for so many people living by the beach. The pull-up rack is also a great addition to the idea. Could you make components of the bag (rack, board holder, etc.) removable/attachable so people can use based on their gear needs?
Hi Charlotte, it appears you have come up with an effective solution to prevent premature failures of beach equipment. For the rack, a metal such as aluminium may be preferable as it is light and will not rust, and a waterproof material such as PVC or waterproof canvas will make a durable and splashproof bag. Velcro flaps instead of a zipper could also be used as zippers can corrode or seize in a saltwater environment. As for the wheels, I suggest a much larger set of wheels that will not sink into the sand when the bag is pulled along the beach- large rubber wheels as seen on a wheelbarrow or trolley may be suitable.

Hi Charlotte,
This looks like it would be a practical and user-focused solution, however it may face issues with corrosion, sand ingress, stability of the rack in windy or uneven conditions, and water pooling in the bag. To improve the design, you could marine-grade materials, adding drainage ports, ventilated panels, and reinforcing the rack with locking mechanisms would enhance durability and performance. Incorporating lightweight, sand-resistant fabrics and modular compartments could further increase user convenience and product longevity.
